For many of us, a major factor in our weight gain, are our emotions. Although we may not necessarily be hungry, emotionally we feel the need to eat. Usually when we feel like this, we tend to graze on fattening or unhealthy foods, which we know to be bad for us, but we just cannot stop ourselves.
